TŌNUI Collab invites students from schools and kura across Te Tairāwhiti to come and explore the diversity of STEMM - from Game Development to Robotics, Virtual Reality to Digital Art, 3D Modelling to Electronics and more!

TŌNUI Collab has joined the RAD* initiative.

*RAD = Recycle a Device

Rangatahi are supported to develop the skills to refurbish laptops. Refurbished laptops are gifted to rangatahi and whānau in the community to address digital inequity.

TŌNUI Collab invites
7-13 year old coding enthusiasts to join us at our STEMM Lab one afternoon a week during the school term to experiment with different programming languages to create games and other digital experiences.

TŌNUI Collab supports teams
of Year 6 - 9 girls from kura across Te Tairāwhiti to experiment with robotics while also examining and strengthening their collaborative and leadership skills.

TŌNUI Collab partners with local marae to create opportunities for tamariki to experiment with VR while learning pūrākau significant to their marae. Tamariki are supported to create their own VR experiences that celebrate the pūrakau.
